Healthcare workers work hard to take care of the needs of others, but giving and caring for others that much can take a toll on your mental health.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program for Healthcare Workers focuses on the mental health needs of healthcare workers, honing in on your unique stressors, your workload, your emotional needs and more as a way to help you work on your mental health in a supportive environment.
How We Help
Through the IOP, you will receive an evaluation early on as a way to pinpoint your issues and begin to work on taking positive steps forward.
Group therapy will be provided three hours a day for five days a week, and the groups will be centered on the specific and unique needs of healthcare workers. Interactive and didactic in nature, these groups are designed to keep you engaged.
Focus areas include:
- Stress management
- Reduction of anxiety
- Boundary setting
- Conflict resolution
- Communication
- And more
The overall goal is to work on your mental health so that you can keep doing what you do best as a healthcare worker — helping others every day.
